Religious Services 

Confession:
Available anytime upon request and one half hour prior to weekend liturgies.

 

Baptism & Chrismation:
You must be registered and an active member of the parish. Please inform the church office when your child is born. Arrangements should be made with the church three (3) weeks in advance of the date you desire to have your child baptized and chrismated.

 

Marriage:
Allow a minimum of six (6) months for all necessary preparations including pre-marriage sessions. The new Code of Canons for the Oriental Churches (CCEO) makes this timeframe an absolute necessity. Exceptions will be made only when extreme, valid circumstances are present.          

 

Sacrament of the Sick:

Please notify the Parish Office as soon as possible if a family member is in the hospital, nursing home, or is a shut-in, so that the priest can visit.

 

Religious Education Classes:

Religious Education Class will be held on Sundays from 10:30 to 11:25 a.m., September through May.

Chorbishop Louis Baz

 

Born in Ghazir, Lebanon, Louis Baz was ordained by the late Patriarch Antonios Peter Khraich on October 4, 1981 in St. Maron Church, Youngstown Ohio.

He served several parishes in the United States and is now appointed as the pastor of Saint Maron Church since February 2009.

Chorbishop Baz is honored to be the cousin of the Beautified Yaacub Haddad, the Capuchin Monk who lived a life of sainthood.
